Groovin'

My friend Philip's brother is in a band called Black Joe Lewis and the Honey Bears. They are an Austin band and traveling up to Dallas for the first time ever. (They had a stint on the west coast opening for Spoon but this is the first time they've headed north on I35.) They will be playing at the Granada Theater Saturday night. Check out their myspace page to get an idea of the music. It's raw, bluesy and awesome. The foul-mouth of Joe Lewis just adds to the music. I can't wait to check em' out live!
