In college I had a roommate from Brazil and she taught the roomies how to make caipirinhas with cachaca. I'm going to try and make them tonight. There is a website, http://www.caipirinha.us/, that has a ton of recipes to make with cachaca, including yummy looking fruity ones! Of course, practice makes perfect so I'll have to keep making them til they're perfect!
